CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Please note the following policies: • Cancellations or No-Shows: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up. • An additional 25% fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours. This fee may be applied toward a future appointment if it is rescheduled before the 48-hour cancellation window begins. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will need to reschedule.
